Our training centre offers seminars, training sessions, and workshops to anyone who would like to explore the materials, areas of application, and training possibilities of suspension training, as well as the professional handling of the slings and the successful practical application. Suspension training combines sensory and motor performance in a three-dimensional training, using your own body weight. It primarily targets specific muscles and muscle chains that need functional strengthening. The focus of many exercises is core-stability, the core tension of the abdominal and back muscles, that allows movements to be executed in a controlled manner. Anyone can train with the suspension system, regardless of gender, age or physical condition. Suspension training can help achieve significant success in rehabilitation for patients, as well as in injury prevention. It is not only suitable for top athletes, anyone can discover this form of training for themselves.
