The number of treatments depends on the individual issue and the person. After a thorough examination, the physiotherapist will discuss their treatment plan for the rehabilitation process.
The co-payment for those with statutory (public) health insurance is due by the second appointment of treatment. According to § 32 SGB V, insured persons of a statutory health insurance must make a co-payment towards the costs of their treatment. This consists of €10.00 per prescription plus 10% of the prescription value. Patients with an exemption certificate are exempt from co-payments.
The length of your treatment depends on your diagnosis, the severity of your condition, your medical history, and other factors. Your progress will be re-evaluated frequently, and your therapist will be in regular contact with your doctor to help you achieve your therapy goals.
We will clarify with your health insurance company whether outpatient physiotherapy services are covered by your insurance. In addition, we recommend that you find out about your insurance coverage.
